I don’t remember seeing fear in your eyes
When you were fading
The day we said our goodbyes
It’s easy to say that there’s a reason for this
Much harder to know
That what we say is true…

Take a moment to listen to God’s love song to you.
Love of My Life,
Look deep in My eyes. There, you will find what you need. Give me your life- the lust and the lies- the past you’re afraid I might see. You’ve been running away from Me… You’re My beloved. Lover, I’m yours. Death shall not part us. It’s you I died for. For better or worse, forever we’ll be. Our Love it unites us, and it binds you to Me. It’s a mystery. Love of my life, look deep in My eyes. There, you will find what you need. I’m the giver of life, I’ll clothe you in white, My immaculate bride, you will be. Oh, come running home to Me! You’re My beloved. Lover, I’m yours. Death shall not part us. It’s you I died for. For better or worse, forever we’ll be. Our Love it unites us, and it binds you to Me. It’s a mystery. Well you’ve been a mistress, My wife, chasing lovers, it won’t satisfy. Won’t you let Me make you My bride? You will drink of My lips, and you’ll taste new life. You’re My beloved. Lover, I’m yours. Death shall not part us. It’s you I died for. For better or worse, forever we’ll be. Our Love it unites us, and it binds you to Me. You’re My beloved. Forever, we’ll be. Our love it unites us, and it binds you to Me. It’s a mystery. It’s a mystery.
“The LORD your God is with you; He is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you. He will quiet you with his love; He will rejoice over you with singing.” -Zephaniah 3:17

“Then Jesus said, ‘Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.” -Matthew 11:28
“The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures; he leads me beside still waters; he restores my soul. He leads me in right paths for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I fear no evil; for you are with me; your rod and your staff—they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the LORD my whole life long.” -Psalm 23
Because this is such a well-known verse, I often read through it quickly, momentarily grazing the surface of God’s grace and peace. In moments of stress, worry, or anxiety…parts of this verse always dance across my mind; lately, however, this psalm is my prayer, my plea, my place of revelation.
Viviremos por las palabras que Dios nos dio para estar en ubicaciones de la paz y de la alegría para siempre. (We will live through the words that God gave us to be in places of peace and joy forever)
A double reminder of God’s promises when I needed it most.
Dios de gracia infinita, God of endless grace.
